Heat Retreat

We invited Matt, the owner of Heat Retreat Mobile Sauna, to our WNY AHNA Holistic Nursing Chapter meeting on February 5th. He gave a wonderful overview of the history and health benefits of sauna use, and then offered us the chance to experience it firsthand. Sitting in the sauna was deeply relaxing, and as I warmed up, I felt fully present and peaceful. By the time I stepped out, I felt energized, refreshed, and vibrant. Highly recommend!

Heat Retreat came to a WNY AHNA meeting and Matt did an amazing job educating the group about the benefits of sauna. Members had the opportunity to experience the sauna. What a cool experience and concept for a business.

Such a fun addition to a girls weekend! We had a great time using the sauna and it was easily accessible in my driveway! Matt was awesome with showing us how to set up start to finish and drop off and pick up we’re super convenient!

We rented the sauna for 3 days, and it was 3 of the days that it was so so cold in January and it was a great experience! Very happy we had it! Matt communicated well via email and text. The sauna was easy to use, very effective, low efforts required, easy set up/take down. Also we didn't have to be present for pickup, so that was nice. We definitely got a lot of use out of it in those 3 days making it much more cost efficient than going out to a sauna. All in all, it was great! Highly recommend!

Big time sauna, awesome service, will do again!
